I love this self-picture from our only trip to the beach last summer (2011). Lots of our photos are taken this way and we've gotten pretty good at it. We spent the whole day in Malibu on the beach. It was heavenly!

I have loved this page and had it in my faves forever, I just couldn't figure out what photo to use. When I saw this Prima Sun Kiss line, it immediately made me think of warm summer days, sand, surf and playtime! So here's my take on Madmatter's fab page!
I used the circle template to prep for the stitched circles and alternated blue, cream, bright yellow and mint green threads in the circles.
