These are my great grandparents Ben and Harriet Wills. I've only ever had one picture of them that was taken when they were old and it was out of focus. After joining Ancestry.ca, I found a "cousin" who lives in another country and we share these gr. grandparents. My cousin had this awesome picture and a few more and the really cool thing about this is that my Gr. Grandfather, Benjamin Wills, looks identical to several of my uncles, my male cousins and even resembles my brother. No one in my family knew this since they had never met him! This picture and another one that she gave me went viral on facebook among my family - it really blew us away!
Rumour has it that when Ben was 15 or 16 he jumped ship from England to stay in Canada with Hattie!
My grandmother was their second youngest child - she wasn't born when this was taken.
