A photo of my grandmother, I believe it was the late 40's or early 50's, and that it was at their house in Philadelpha, as I don't recognize it as the house in NJ that I knew growing up. I have a matching photo of my grandfather that I plan to scrap next.
This was done with the June Scraps of Elegance kit, Country Charm, and I used the awesome sketch that Suepup did for the kit. The gorgeous butterfly was made by Reneabouquets and was part of the May kit. And the pink ribbon under the pearls is vintage french ribbon from the 1940's. The "Royal Beauty" image is from Crafty Secrets, and was part of the kit, and it was just perfect for a lo of my grandmother, because when I was little, she used to tease me, because her second toes were longer than her big toes, and she used to say "that's a sign that there was royalty in the family in the past". Lol. She was a funny woman, and could always make me smile.
Thank you for stopping by and for your comments, they are always appreciated!
