My aunt (and Godmother) turned 60 in 2009. I wanted to make her a very special birthday present, so I handmade an album, with white Bazzill canvas as the base for all the pages, and hand stitching as the main embellishment, just to keep to some kind of theme. I love Spirelli type stitching and used that technique on the cover.
The left photo shows the cover under a clear acetate outer cover, tied with ribbons on the outside. The right side shows the cover without the blurry acetate.
