I love this project! I had so much fun making it. I just recently purchased this beautiful mannequin at Joann's with a 50% off coupon :). I had to get it because the fabric on it was so Shabby Chic. I painted up the mini roses with Shabby Pink paint and glittered nail polish. It adds a beautiful sparkle touch. I added different sized pearls and jewelery to make necklaces. I then added some victorian lace and rose bows. It turned out so beautiful. I also made some jewelry pins for the bottom rose on the mannequin.
