This project was so fun and easy to do. I found a way to do the crackle technique. You don't need expensive crackle paint. All you need is your base color paint, Elmer's glue, and your top color paint. It's so easy to do and so much fun!
I took a plain brown frame and did the crackle technique. I then painted up my roses and handmade mini paper roses. I painted them all with pearlizing paint which gave it such a beautiful touch. I them added blue lace around the edge of the frame. It turned out so beautiful.
