for some reason i wasnt able to fix this photo in my library, it said preview instead of "fix"Hopefully i can work out the problem. This is my sil and nephew near their house. Iposted a lo of the view from it in last week . I used a brass embossing stencil to make the seahorse and shell with modeling paste. Painted gold then pearlex gold powder. Theres crackle paint all over the place on this. This page was fun, if you like torture by scrapping,lol. Not sure if i do. I did fix the editing thing,its not the same as it was but its ok, although im keeping this photo. Unless i take a better one tomorrow. I wont be using this shade of blue for a very long time,hahah. If you look to the right of the seagull you can see my mil's shadow as she takes the pic. The straight pins with pearls werent my idea, i think they were Gines. On the far right on the top you can see a rhinestone, its the aurora borealis type. Its from my sis, its part of a necklace i took apart. To the left of the seagull is an embelly from Michaels i just got. If you want to read how i did the bg please go to july 4th of Tonys page comments. This was fairly awful to do, the lo. People seem to like the results though. It was awful because i dabbed the whole thing with a black ink pad to make it pop and didnt like it. I had to cover up all the black with gold and blue paint. It did bring out the crackle effect though.
