I used a sentiment from Verve's Small Sentiments set in the middle of one of the Four Frames stamps from SU, and cut out with SU's Decorative Label punch. Papers are MME. The pearl flower is by BG. Some additional flat backed pearls in the corners of the flowered paper panel, a small tab of orange seam binding and some paper pierced faux stitching.
