Everyone is required to wear a sarong on the temple platform which they issue to you. The temple has a lot of uneven steps with no handrails going up and some of the steps are as much as 18" apart. About half-way up I realized I could make it all the way up, but I would not be able to make it back down so I dropped out and slowly worked my way back down.

Since the rest of the tour was working their way the rest of the way to the top I sat on a bench and took picture. I took my sarong off and put it in my backpack becuase I didn't need it at the bottom.

They collected everyone else's sarongs when they came down from the temple but I wasn't with the group so they forgot about me and I forgot about the skirt.

When the rest came around from the back to the front of the temple they did not have their sarongs and I wasn't wear mine anymore so I didn't think about it again - until we were back on the ship and out to sea.

So, as any scrapbooker would do, I cut up and adhered it as background to the pages of the scrapbook. Glued it right to the cardstock!

The photo of me without the skirt - that was taken at the base of the temple and the sarong wasn't required in that area.
