Created for 'Scrapparrot' on the Scrapbooking Memories forum (Australia). May ATC - topic 'Black, White & Red'.
Very simple technique if you have the patience. Hand drawn then hand cut. Top layer black, next dark red, next bright red, last white. First seen in Memory Makers "Creative Paper Techniques for Scrapbooks" 2002 - Page 28 'Leaf it to Us' by Stacey Shigaya (USA)
