Send a message with a bottle! This project complements any setting courtesy of Luxurious designs by Scrappy Cat. Create it out of weather-resistant material for an easy outdoor makeover that coordinates with your backyard furniture.
Apply adhesive (from Sizzix Adhesive Sheets or Xyron) to both sides of cardstock and die-cut two Decorative Icons. Remove the backing paper from one side of each shape and embellish with glitter. Remove the backing paper from the other side of the shapes and attach to the glass bottle. Wrap a ribbon around the neck of the bottle and tie in a bow. Embellish with netting, moss, jewels and a resin embellishment. Decorate the cork bottle stopper with a jewel knob.
