Apply adhesive (from Sizzix Adhesive Sheets or Xyron) to both sides of cardstock and die-cut using the Renaissance Frame die. Remove the backing paper from one side of the shape and embellish with glitter. Remove the backing paper from the other side of the shape and attach to the glass bottle. Wrap a ribbon around the neck of the bottle and tie in a bow. Embellish with netting, moss, decorative straight pin, velvet leaves and a decorative button. Decorate the cork bottle stopper with a jewel layered on top of a button.
