I used. alcohol inks dribbled down the back of the bottle (left an opening in the front)to create the 'water' effect. The mermaid is an image from Gecko Galz
(http://www.geckogalz.com/) and was enhanced with LuminArte Twinkling H20s from Creative Imaginations.
