This card rocks and spins and was made for a little girl who gets such a kick out of looking at pictures of herself; the rocking of the photo is achieved with foam dots and pennies. The orange paper has a small cutout that is big enough for the foam dot to fit through but small enough for the penny not to fit through. A foam dot is attached to the photo then a penny then another foam dot that is threaded through the cutout in the orange card; on the other side a second penny is attached to the foam dot and a third foam dot attached to the second penny. The orange card is attached to the yellow one with foam dots that are twice as thick as the ones used on the penny. This leaves enough room for the little girl to rock. The pinwheel is attached with a brad and a -- you guessed it -- foam dot cut to fit the brad's "arms." This allows the pinwheel to spin.
