Just adorable! I bet everyone was just thrilled and had so much fun! Great job. How nice that you and Lynn are close enough to do things like this together!
Not to pat ourselves on the back, but I think we did a very good job....you did even better, as I can't take much credit I only helped w/the poms poms....but I have to say, they are awesome!! I'm not sure I would call them easy-peasy, only cause you have to be so careful w/the tissue paper, but they are cool & I would make them again - how about you : )
My daughter, Lweber1234 and I made these decorations for a friend's baby shower. You can tell that the expectant parents didn't know whether boy or girl. It was really quite fun using pink and blue. Everything was placed up against a blank white wall. The paper pom poms we made from tissue paper; so easy. The picture frames were painted pink and blue. Then the expectant mother's baptismal outfit was hung in one and her brothers' baptismal outfit in the other. The cradle and baby blankets used to enhance the gift table and adorn the rocking chair were their's, too. To the left is their rocking chair with a vintage doll and cabbage patch doll.
