My favorite so far! The pennant is cut from canvas...gesso coated muslin...and misted with Glimmer Mist. Images stamped with Distress ink. The stars are Pan Pastel through a stencil from The Crafter's Workshop. I had to use a fixative when I was finished. I think this one would be so cute in a baby's room!
