Shabby Chic**Altered $1 Item

I had this cute item I got from Wal*mart for $1. It was silver wire with red beads. I decided to paint it white and make it look more Shabby. I added a cute ribbon rose that I glittered with pink sparkles. I also made a cute pink bow. I used a string of pink jeweled bling that I got from Michael's clearance rack for only $1.99. I'm going to go get some more because I can't believe how many clearance items they have in jewelry. It's all so beautiful.
