This picture is from an old AVON calendar I had. I loved this picture so much I just couldn't through it away. I took an old frame I had stored away and did the crackle technique. I used a base of Elmer's glue first then put white paint over it and used a hair dryer to dry it. As it dries it crackles. I'm so glad I learned this technique because I don't have to spend so much money on craft crackle paint.
