I made this layout to remind me of one of the good times I had earlier this year on a trip with my parents and hubby in California. We stayed at my brother's house in L.A., apart for two days, when we spent an overnighter at the Pantai Inn, in La Jolla, San Diego. It was stunning, and we had a fantastic time. It was truly an experience like being in Bali. I tried to recreate that with the design and embellies I used. Who says you can't be in two places at once?

The brief journaling says: "San Diego, California, March 2012--We had the privilege of staying at the Pantai Inn during our visit to La Jolla, CA. It was awesome and was right on the ocean! We could hear the sea lions scattered along the shoreline. Amazing!"

Thank you to the Panti Inn for having such a great place for tourists to visit - LOL. Also, in no particular order, thank you to Katie ("KDQ") for the "Good Times" tite and use of your "Elegant Edges" Cricut cartridge for the background die-cut; Lucy ("Lucyloveslee") for the awsome black FWAB, Jessie flourish; Gabi ("Gabriellep") for the Sassafras Lass rub-on and journaling tag; and my mom ("Quick Silver") for the use of her Cricut cartridge for the flower outlines and for the green chipboard flower at the bottom centre of the page, which came from Karen ("LostCoastScrapper"), so thank you to her too!
