Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie recipe:
Ingredients: 1 (9 inch) oreo cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Hot fudge sauce NOT chocolate syrup! 15 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped & cut in 1/2
Directions: Mix the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and peanut butter together until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Warm some hot fudge and spread generously over crust. Spoon the peanut butter mixture over hot fudge. Drizzle with warmed hot fudge sauce & garnish with the peanut butter cups. Chill overnight before serving.
