INSTRUCTIONS:
Paint all edges of frame. Cover frame using MOUSTACHE (reverse).
Ink around edges.
Cut 4cm (1¾”) strip of BOWLER HAT (reverse) and adhere across lower edge of frame as shown.
Trim excess. Apply a rub on quote to strip, then embellish with ribbon and a wooden flourish
