And here are the complete instructions on how to create the card.
1.To create the chocolate topped cupcake, mix 1tsp clear embossing powder with 1/2tsp chocolate pudding mix. Stamp the Newpaper Cupcake on patterned paper. Trim. Cover top of cupcake with Versamark then coat with chocolate embossing powder and heat.
2.To create cherry, die cut a cherry from Cupcake Frame Frame Cuts set using red paper. Coat cherry with Versamark and emboss using a 2:1 mixture of clear embossing powder and cherry jello.
3.Paper piece a cherry using die cut cherries on kraft and green paper, as well as your embossed red cherry bottom.
4.Stamp Newspaper Cupcake in Soft Purple ink on Snow paper. Trim. Paper piece with the cupcake top and cherry created above.
5.Stamp polka dot background using white ink and Cling Dots. Stamp a message in Ruby Red and banner cut the ends.
6.Assemble all card pieces as shown.

Tip:
Use sugar-free pudding or jello when creating your embossing powders. Sugar is easier to burn.
