This was a very cute project that was very fun to do. I took a little tin hat that I had that was just hideous! So, I altered it to a cute Victorian Chic decor item instead of just throwing it away. I painted it a creamy color for the base. Then I took brown ink and made a tattered look. Then I took some cute lace I had and glued it to the rim. I had some extra ribbon pieces and made a bow with a gold rhinestone. Then I dangled some roses from the hat.
It's a cute little project.
