Char4355 made the darlingest card "Dream Big" (if I was computer savy, I would send you right to her card, but I am afraid you are on your own becasue I AM NOT!!!!!!!) yesterday. The circle cut turned into a square technique. I did mine a little different, with a circle scalloped punch, but the look is very similar.
