Give a Cheer
Tear TRASH in half diagonally and adhere to two corners of the frame. Tear two
smaller pieces of JUNK to cover the opposite corners. Turn over and trim away
excess from edges and inner frame.
Ink the edges of the frame and wooden embellishments using the Vintage Ink.
Cover the backing piece using ODDS.
Cut the predesigned blocks you would like to use from CLUTTER and decorate
the inside of the frame using these and a selection of other papers from the
collection.
Complete the frame using a combination of rubons, ribbon roses and rhinestone
