I used glimmer glam glitter paint on the background from Tattered Angels. For the stamp I used JBS cabbage flower I first added paint and went over the paint ink.
The inspiration fro teh Lo design was the Olympic swim relay sketch challenge.
All items on the LO includign the rub -ons are by Jenni Bowlin.
