I made this layout utilizing papers and embellishments from the Scraps of Elegance September 2012 kit, Nostalgia. A big thank you to Memoriesofmygirls for the inspiration her fabulous Dream layout gave me to include the Pion tree paper as an integral part of my background and theme. Also a thank you to Reneabouquets, Rachel Funnell and KathyInAlaska for inspiration to use the girl at the fence paper in my theme. And thanks to Melinda for selecting the wonderful papers and embellishments that are included in this kit. And one more thank you to Reneabouquets for her gorgeous butterflies that are included with each kit. Two of them are nesting in the brown flowers. Just about everything I used came from this kit, except for the Mini 8 punch and Distress Markers. I used the markers to paint the dark green portions of the background and to highlight some of the white flower papers and die cuts.

This layout includes another picture of my granddaughter during her visit in August. In this picture, she was sitting in my living room, peering out of the window at little girls on their swing set next door. When I saw this picture, my theme of When I Get Bigger popped into my head. She is also currently learning to walk, and she often hoists herself up to peer up or over whatever she has grabbed onto, like the girl at the fence.

Thanks in advance for looking, and I really appreciate your comments/critiques.
