I think this easter lo is great...I love your background paper. The only thing that caught my eye was the bright green paper you used as a photo mat is alot brighter than any other greens you have in the lo. Maybe using a softer green...almost a pastel green would work a little better?? But it could just be the scan..that always happens to me :-) Anyway...great job!!!
You did a great job inking your HS ghost letters! YOu should be proud of yourself. When I've painted or inked mine and don't want to use staples or brads, etc. I found that if you just do little slivers of double sided tape right on the edge in a few places then you can't see the tape at all because of the paint or inking. I really love how you overlapped the pics and put the photo corners on. Looks great!
I love the pastel colors, very easter-y! I love the bunny button--that's pure genius! How about attaching the ghost letters with staples, that way it won't be that obvious? I'm loving your pages girl!
Oh I love this! I really like how you journaled in white on the purple paper! I have never used the HS ghost letters before, hopefully someone can help you with that. They look amazing though, love how you inked them!
I need some help with the Heidi Swapp ghost letters. I inked them with green pigment ink, which still rubs off. I tried to be clever and run them through my Xyron little X, but then the adhesive didn't stick. I hesitate to add another busy element to this already busy layout, but it looks like I have to use brads or eyelets or something. Any suggestions?
Journaling reads: This year for Meg the Easter fun just kept coming. With three egg hunts, she really got the hang of hunting. At the Mom's Club the kids just wanted to slide and swing. Then came the Swarthmore scramble and a really fantastic hunt at Grammy and Grampa's. Meg thought lollipops were the best!
