Give a Cheer
This is Cassie's school portrait for 6th grade (9/2008). On the right are her class picture (5th & 6th grade combined class) and the entire school picture. The names of the kids in her class are printed on vellum and adhered to the upper corner of the pic. I included 3 articles and an additional photo from the school newsletter. The completely visible one is a bio of her main teacher. I made a pocket out of the class photo to tuck in a pull-out bio of the new Spanish teacher and a pocket behind the school photo for an article about the new middle school format. The little square photo is of 3 of the other teachers on the first day of school. Two of the clouds are popped up on foam tape.
The left page is the October Monthly Sketch Challenge Week 3 sketch. I did the twist to doodle: I doodled white dots around the clouds and the other white notebook pp and doodled a black double messy line around the polka dot pp's.
