Give a Cheer
This is layout of my brother-in-law with my cute nephew. I inked the border with a Dylusions mask, then stamped around the page with a lace stamp with versamark and embossed it with sea foam white embossing powder. I used a mask and modellling paste to create the background and added some paint splatters. From there I just layered different pieces of PP underneath the photo's and I fussy cut a banner from PP and from some small pieces of fabric. I finished it off with some embellies I created and with different alphas.
The inspiration came from this weeks sketchabilities sketch & the color palette #133 of the color room.
