Journaling: It didn’t help that the game, Miami’s homecoming, was IN Miami and that the pro-Miami crowd was stoked. The first ten points -- scored by Miami -- were downright ugly, but the game improved after that. You gotta love it when you can go into their house and come away with a win. EJ Manuel (3), Kelvin Benjamin (1), Devonta Freeman (8), and Dustin Hopkins (18) helped make the 33-20 victory a sweet one. And the football gods smiled on me by scheduling the game at 8:00 that evening so that I could watch after Mama’s party. I’m a happy Seminole. 10.20.12
