This makes a great cover page. I love it. Like you I am not feeling comfortable in doing busy pages, but this one is looking wonderful. It will be in my inspiration binder.
Great cover. I also stuggle with clusters. I like the LO because you included all the recoginizable sites of London and it gives us a taste of what is coming. Good job!
I like the way you put all the things ont he bottom that symbolize London! I think you clustered well! This is a place I want to go and I'm sure we will, since it is a military hop away. Alos love the way you did the "England" with the journaling in the upper half of the circle! I have that Destinations cartridge and you have inspired me!
JOURNALING: We arrived in London from Greece and were actually quite happy with the cool rainy day.
SUPPLIES USED: Stamping Station patterned paper DCWV - Nantucket patterned paper The Paper Studio - La Petites dimensional stickers Creative Imagination - London stickers Cricut Expression Destinations cricut cartridge Hero Arts stamp - Grid pattern Bic Mark it - Deep Blue sea Rubber Stampede - Iris ink Mesh - red Favorite Findings - London buttons
TECHNIQUE TIP: Well, I honestly have to say this is the busiest layout I have ever done. Not too sure about it. I loved the background paper from Stamping Station, however, I struggle to use such bold printed papers so I sat down and MADE myself do it... Overall, pretty happy with the cluster althoug they are not my strong point!! This will be the cover page for my London trip back in 2007.
