This is my entry for three challenges:
-Page Maps Etc. - Sketch #1. I flipped it 90 degrees, but otherwise stayed pretty on-sketch.
-Monthly Color. Two traditional holiday colors (red and green) plus two non-traditional colors (pink and brown). I don't know if the blue counts as traditional or non-traditional, but hopefully this still qualifies for the challenge. :)
-VLB. Use a hand-cut element on your card or LO. The little frame to the left is hand-cut (it's a rectangular journal card, and I just hand-cut the shaped part).

This was our holiday card from 2008, obviously. I remember I loved the brown with the red back then, and I still think it looks cool now. When I saw the challenge, I knew the exact papers I wanted to use. I love the pink -- it goes with all of the other colors, but makes everything a little more playful.

The multi-pattered strip across the mat is cut from the cover sheet in the paper collection. The green background piece was cut with my Cameo. I just made a 10" square with rounded corners, and then made a 10" scalloped border that I welded to the square. Used part of the scrap (b side) to make the vertical strip going down the left of the photo. Added buttons, twine, ribbon and a little bling, and finished it off with a felt flower from Michaels.
