So, okay, I got carried away and made eight of these elf shoe cards using different papers and two designs. The shoes are made from half of a Nestabilities die. I found the instructions here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8qFpAUtTNI
I didn't have the specific "Top Note" die, so I used the largest of the "Spellbinders - Nestabilities Collection - Die Cutting and Embossing Templates - Labels Seventeen" and trimmed off the bottom of the toe part to make it more pointy. I used puff paint on the small flower punch for pom-poms and silver glitter on the ties for the shoes, which are made from part of a snow flake cut with the Cricut. The bows on the packages are made from a large and a small flower punch and I used red glitter on them. Thanks for looking and Merry Christmas to all.
