Cut a piece of decorative trim to form a pendant base. Die-cut a label and flower layers out of felt and attach to the decorative trim to form a pendant. Embellish the flower center with a cluster of seed beads. Attach pendant to a beaded chain to form a necklace. For added interest, dangle a drop bead from the center of the pendant.
