These pages were made from a challenge from our local Scrapbook store. We met at the store, she gave a "scavenger hunt list" in an hour worth of time you tried to get all the items on the list & return to the store. What ever items you got were checked off and then you had 2 weeks to complete a "project", turn it in and other customers had a month to vote on their favorites. (they got "voting tickets" according to the $ they spent in the store.)$10 + 1 ticket.... so you couldn't rig the voting...unless you spent a LOT OF $$$$! Anyway, The more items you used from the "scavenger hunt list" the more tickets You received as a start. Items on the list that I used- wire, charm, hat pin, staples, foil, stamp, tag, cardboard box, beads key, beaded chain, button, and paper clip.
While my son Matt was in New York, he took pictures of "the LOVE statue" that was right outside of the hotel that they were staying at. when I saw the statue, I remember that the Postoffice made it into a stamp in 1973. I had remembered that i had it on an envelope from a love letter from a boyfriend that i had received in 1973!!! I knew I just got the theme for my "project!!!" But, I have to say that this was the MOST "Stuff" I have ever put on a scrapbook page!!!
Does this project or one of it's images contain pornography, profanity, or other illegal or offensive material? If so, please report it and our moderators will come by and clean it up in a flash.
