I saw 2 designs on Pinterest (one from the amazing Prima blog!!) that I just fell in love with and mashed to two together and came up with this fun layout! For the light blue paint splatters, I mixed RI Pool and Snow cap acrylic inks with Baby Blue liquid pearls.
