Side fold gray card with dark blue mini print"shirt". Added a tie, tie tac with gem, pocket with hankie , my stamping & gel pen accents to greeting & pocket. Lastly added 2 layer stamped get well with silver brad. To make collar: make a small cut in center top & fold back. Used a bit of chalking to get dimention to the tie.
