oooohhh---looove the design on this, girl! The journaling is really, really sweet too! Great work! (and cute pic!!) Soooo---about the tat----it's permanent. or not. :) Seriously, I don't know what my dh did when he applied the dang thing but it has been on for like 10 days and she was swimming and taking baths twice a day when we were on vacation. lmao. Who knew? lol - :)
