Hey, do you know about the Ultimate Designer Challenge that's being held by Swirlydoos? For the next six weeks, one of the DT members will be posting a technique and issuing a challenge to all registered entrants.
VickyA opened up with a beautiful tutorial for making a three-dimensional embellishment using a die cut and at least 2 mediums.
I choose to alter one of my favorite dies, Umbrella Man, using several layers of chipboard, some patterned paper from my stash, light molding past, matte medium, acrylic paint, and glaze. (I posted details with my entry in the challenge forum.)
The card itself is made with more of the pp: Prima Fairy Flora that I've been hoarding for a long time, a few rosebuds, and some beautiful blooms that were given to me by Joykers.
