Stamp a sentiment onto cardstock, trim to size, mat on cardstock and trim to size using decorative scissors. Attach to the card. Die-cut Baby Carriage from a variety of flannel fabrics backed with cardstock. If desired, embellish shapes with machine stitching. Cut a paper doily in half and tuck under Baby Carriage shape. Adhere in place. Embellish with twine, threaded buttons, small flowers, velvet leaves and a ribbon bow.
