Xander was less than 2 years old when I took this pic.Underneath the velllum, is his actual handprint and footprint. On the vellum on top of the hand I wrote, "I love it when you reach your hand up to mine, as if you are reassuring me of your love. Your hand is so tiny, yet it fills every hole in my heart. I will hold your hand as long as you will let me." On the vellum over his foot I wrote, "This very foot will lead you on many journeys. Some may be close to home, while others may be far away... but wherever you venture in life, know that my love for you is consant and unwavering. Your footprint is forever stained on my heart."
