I love almost anything lemon-flavored! As I mentioned the other day, I made a lemon pie. I found a recipe for candied lemon rinds online a while back and was just waiting until I had enough rinds to do something with them. Made my first batch this afternoon. They are suppose to dry for 4 - 6 hours, but I did a early taste test and think they are going to be good once they finish drying. I made some lemonade tea with the syrup that these were boiled in. Now, to find a way to use the pulp that is left and I will have literally used the entire lemon. How is that for being "thrifty"! lol
