This is a picture of my daughter when she a little over 2 1/2 years old. This was my first Creative Memories party I attended in 1999 that started my passion of scrapbooking. This was also my daughter's first time painting which also started her passion for painting, although she doesn't consider it a passion because of her ADD, when she puts her mind to it, she is good at it, has always been good through out school when she puts her mind to it. She did finally admit to it last year she loves to paint. There is hidden journaling behind the picture.
I did this for two challenges. First the ugly paper challenge. The border strip with the star pattern is one and then the other paper is the hearts and club pp. I die cut a heart border and then spritzed it with red. I also matted the photo with both papers. The four hands were the embellishment I received. The journaling reads "While I scrapbooked for the first time, you painted for the first time." I actually like all the different colors because when my daughter first started coloring, she colored everything in multiple colors. A brown bear was 8 different colors and not a single color was brown! She always loved rainbows and to this day, they're still one of her favorites!
