Such a sweet photo of your Mom, I can see why you love it! The pp's are go so perfectly for this beautiful vintage page! Love the butterflies, the punch work, and the postmark 1926! Don't you just love when things like that happen!
OMG this is gorgeous! Fantastic photo, and the papers you used are so pretty! That is interesting about the post card stamp also. I have an old photo of my Dad who was under 1 year old in an old fashion type buggy, the photo would have been taken in 1914, you have inspired me to do something with it!!!!
This is my mom! I love this photo because she is laughing. One thing neat that happened, I used a background stamp that is a postcard with a rose, goes with the paper right? It's near the bottom of the page. I did not realize but the postmark on the postcard is 1926 - the year my mom was born! Cool accident. It too small to see in this photo I think.
The houses behind look crooked because who ever took this must have angled the camera wierd to get a good peek in the buggy. The house on the right is my grandparents and the house on the left is my great-grandparents. That's one thing I've learned in doing my ancestry work is that family stayed really close to each other. Next door close!
I got the idea of how to fussy cut this paper from ScrappyChic10's "Take Flight".
