I had this card finished well before Valentines, but didn't get a chance to post it until now. Love Moe's sketch, and had to incorporate banners in more than one form!! LOL.
Sentiment stamped and embossed from Verve's No Matter What set. Papers are MME. The banners were cut with PTI's Banner Builder dies. And that's my favorite ribbon of all-time, SU's Riding Hood Red.
