Give a Cheer
Today, I have some very very sad news to share with you... My oldest daughter just found out last night that her ex-boyfriend passed away on her birthday Feb. 18, 2013 at the age of 27. :( They were together for over 3 years almost 4 years and they recently separated before the winter holidays. She is sooo devastated and my heart aches for her during her mourning. I really thought they would marry one day and he would be the father of my first grandchild. They had talked of marriage for a while, but unfortunately they separated before that happened. About 2 weeks ago he tried to make amends with her...however, she was still very hurt from the break-up. He was a super intelligent young man who I believed should have gone to medical school and I believe he was planning to in the fall semester? Like his father. He was an only child and I'm sure his mother and father are just devastated, there are NO words to comfort them. A child is NEVER supposed to go before a parent...so sad and unfair. I'm sure God has his place for him...however, that doesn't ease the pain here on earth. So this morning, I wanted to make a beautiful card to send to his parents to share with their sympathy.
