This is beautiful! The journaling is great and I love all the textures on this page. I really like how you crumpled and tore the paper as a photo frame and love the star with the fibers. This is so cute!

Kelsie-
This being your first 4th of july my thoughts frequently turned to how I was going to install in you a love for your country that was instilled in me from your grandmommie and grandad Farnsworth. I want you to be eager to vote when you turn the appropriate age and I want your heart to swell with pride for your country every time you see an American flag. And every time you hear the "Star Spangled Banner" I want tears brought to your eyes as you stand tall with your hand pressed firmly over your heart. Kelsie, so many wonderful men and women have fought for our freedoms. I hope and pray that one day you find a love for our country that you will be willing to fight just as hard as those men and women so that we can continue to keep them.
