St Mary's Nottingham - dates from the time of Edward III and was finished during the year of Henry VIII - it was closed for renovation work when we were there but it is still impressive. It is mentioned in the Domesday Book (an ancient book here in England) and had it's first parish priest in about 1087 (long before Edward III).
