Tomorrows dessert! I combined a couple of recipes for cheese cake, added some chopped chocolate covered mints (like the ones on top of cheese cake) to the recipe, a bit of green food coloring. I had some filling left over & baked in in a custard cup. I sampled & it has a delicate mint flavor. Can't wait to serve it tomorrow!
